1901 Indian Head Penny (Uncirculated)

Indian Head cents are considered the most beautiful bronze U.S. coins. But they’re seldom seen today. Obverse depicts Liberty in a Native American headdress. Reverse of coin features oak wreath and shield. In 1901, U.S. president William McKinley was assassinated, and Theodore Roosevelt became the 26th president.
